Student Nurses Association Blood Drive
Feb 16, 2026 9:30 AM | Organization: Student Nurses Association Will unaccompanied minors be present at the event?: FALSE Blood Drive- Student Nurses Association (SNA) is partnering with the American Red Cross to bring a Blood Mobile to campus, creating a vital opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to donate blood and help save lives! This partnership not only serves the community, but also helps nursing students develop critical skills in public health advocacy. The American Red Cross will be arriving on campus and set up with accordance to their safety policies and those set by the school. Trained staff will be on site for any blood collection and for any questions that individuals may have about donating to the American Red Cross. Nursing students and members of the Student Nurses Association will be volunteering at this collaborative event. We expect the number of individuals to fluctuate depending on how many students and staff we have sign up for donating blood.
Crafty Cougars

ASI Human Fruit Machine

Will unaccompanied minors be present at the event?: FALSE On February 18th 2026 the ASI Cougar Pantry is planning to host a small event in Kellogg Plaza. At the booth, three students working at the Cougar Pantry are going to sit side by side acting as a human fruit machine. A participant pulls a lever, and each student reveals a random piece of fruit or vegetable. If all three match, the participant wins a prize. The setup playfully mimics a slot machine, but with people instead of reels, creating a lighthearted and interactive game that engages with students on campus.

Students will have the opportunity to learn about the Brazilian roots of the celebration and engage in a night of cultural pride, education and celebration.
