The No. 16 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team captured the team title at the CSUSM Women's Fujikura Invitational, finishing at 17-over 881 (282-306-293) across three rounds played Monday and Tuesday at Shadowridge Golf Club.

The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team earned a share of eighth place at CSUEB's Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout, finishing at 3-over 867 through three rounds played Monday and Tuesday at Corica Park Golf Course. The Cougars rallied in Round 2 with a 10-under 278 before closing with a 301 to secure a top-half finish in a strong 18-team field.

For the second straight week, Jordan Hill of Cal State San Marcos has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The No. 1 Cal State San Marcos softball team (22-1, 4-0 CCAA) opened conference play in dominant fashion with a four-game series sweep, winning both games on Saturday against Stanislaus State (11-9, 0-4 CCAA) to extend its winning streak to 20 games. CSUSM took game one by a 6-1 margin before securing a 6=3 victory in the series finale at CSUSM Softball Field.
