Long Named to NCBWA All-Region Second Team

SAN MARCOS, Calif. – Outgoing senior relief pitcher Nolan Long of the Cal State San Marcos baseball team was named to the 2025 NCBWA NCAA Division II West All-Region second team on Friday.

Long finished his season with the third-most saves in the region at seven while tallying a 3-1 record, a 3.44 ERA, a 1.17 WHIP and 40 strikeouts in 36.2 innings.

In his four years at CSUSM, Long struck out a program-record 196 batters in 193.1 innings and 65 appearances.

Long is the program's 10th NCBWA All-Region selection in program history.
