COURSE REPORT: The No. 17 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team had its largest stroke victory in program history as the Cougars claimed their fifth consecutive CCAA Championship victory on Wednesday at the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club in Santa Rosa, California. Regan Barton was crowned the CCAA Individual Champion after carding a 2-under 214 (70-69-75).
FIRST TEE
- Barton carded a 3-over 75 in the final round, closing out the final five holes with pars.
- Madison Murr shot the lowest round of the day with a 67 to claim runner-up honors with a 1-under 215 (77-71-67).
- Diana Delgado collected third-place honors with a 3-over 219 (75-72-72) after matching her second round of even-par 72.
- Makenna Cabardo tied for sixth place after recording a 1-over 73 on Wednesday, finishing with a three-round total of 7-over 223.
- Lauren Hickam placed 12th with a 10-over 226 (74-80-72) after shooting an even-par 72 in the final round.
