CSUSM Edges CSUSB in Double-Overtime Thriller, 92-91
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos men's basketball team (7-5, 4-3 CCAA) earned a dramatic 92-91 victory over Cal State San Bernardino (6-8, 3-4 CCAA) in double overtime on Thursday night at Coussoulis Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- CSUSM trailed 45-34 at halftime after shooting 39.1% (9-of-23) from the field and 36.4% (4-of-11) from three, while CSUSB shot 58.6% (17-of-29) and 66.7% (4-of-6) from beyond the arc.
- The Cougars stormed back in the second half with a 37-26 advantage, tying the game at 71-71 on a last-minute layup by CSUSB to force overtime.
- In the first overtime, CSUSM took a 79-75 lead on a Micah Boone three-pointer with 1:52 remaining.
- CSUSB rallied to take an 82-79 lead on a Xavier Clinton dunk before Aaron Ragen drilled a clutch three with five seconds left to force a second overtime.
- In the second overtime, CSUSM led 88-84 after a Carrillo three-pointer, but CSUSB regained the lead at 91-90 with 42 seconds left following two free throws from Aidan Fowler.
- Following a missed CSUSM jumper, Jaylin Leslie's second-chance tip-in with two seconds remaining sealed the 92-91 win for the Cougars.
