Twelve Cougars Earn Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete Recognition

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Cal State San Marcos softball team wrapped up its 2025 campaign with 12 student-athletes earning Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete distinctions on Thursday.

To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must achieve a 3.5 cumulative grade point average for the academic year. 

Representing the Cougars as All-America Scholar-Athletes are Rae D'Amato, Lauren Deplitch, Jordan Elias, Macy Fuller, Makenzie Guiliano, Sophie Hunter, Gianna Lombardi, Marissa Morales, Alizabeth Ruiz, Hannah Tandy, Brooklyn Ury and Madison Waymire.
